Chocolate chips(as many as you’d like – I did about 1 tbsp of white chocolate chips & then added some on top, of course!)
Instructions
In a mug whisk together egg, pumpkin purée, almond milk, and a dash of vanilla
Then mix in almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar or maple syrup, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon, and one tablespoon of white chocolate chips.
Top with chocolate chips if desired. Yes, please! 😊
Microwave for 90 seconds to 2 mins. Heat more if necessary & enjoy your delectable dessert!
