Holiday season is officially in full swing which means holiday party galore! I love finding simple party recipes that I can put together in a jiff – enter in this easy peasy Brussel sprouts recipe.
1/2teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper(more to taste if needed)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut off brown ends of the Brussels sprouts & pull off any yellow outer leaves. Slice sprouts lengthwise.
Mix them in a bowl with olive oil, salt & pepper. Pour them on a sheet pan & roast for 20 to 25 minutes, until crisp on the outside & tender on the inside. Shake the pan from time to time to brown sprouts evenly.
Sprinkle with more kosher salt, if desired & you’re ready to go! Enjoy!
