Over 3 weeks, we’ll follow a simple, balanced structure designed to help you stay consistent while challenging our bodies in a supportive way.

Each week includes four guided workouts around 20–30 minutes, combining strength training with Pilates fusion. Rest days are intentionally placed so your body can recover & adapt.

If you’re looking to push a little further, an optional fifth bonus workout is available each week for our YouTube Members — a fun way to add a little extra challenge if you’re ready for it.

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Melinda! Founder of emBODYment 360.

I believe movement should help us feel strong, capable, & connected to our body, not depleted or overwhelmed. As women, building strength becomes more important with time, not less. When paired with intentional, low-impact movement, it helps us move with more ease, feel energized, & stay consistent.

Inside this Strength × Pilates Challenge, we focus on exactly that balance. We’ll build muscle through targeted strength training while improving stability, mobility, & control through Pilates-inspired movement.

This is about training in a way that supports our body for the long run, helping us feel strong, supported, & confident in how we move each day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! The Strength x Pilates Challenge is completely free to join. You’ll receive 4 full-length workouts each week at no cost.

For anyone who enjoys a little extra variety or challenge, there is an optional 5th bonus workout each week available through our YouTube Membership — totally optional & not required to participate in the challenge.

Yes! All workouts are pre-recorded and available on YouTube, so you can move at a time that works best for you.

All of the challenge workouts are 20–30 minutes.

We recommend having a range of light to moderate weights (approximately 5–15 lbs / 2–7 kg) so you can adjust based on the workout & your fitness level.

An exercise mat is helpful for comfort during floor work.

One workout includes an optional mini Pilates ball, but it’s never required & can easily be modified.

Yes! You’re always welcome to swap workouts based on your time, energy, or preferences. Browse the workouts on my YouTube channel & choose what works best for you.

I recommend 2-3 rest days per week to allow your body the proper recovery time. Always listen to your body & adjust your rest days based on your needs.

Yes! Since all workouts are hosted on YouTube, you can easily watch them on your TV using a smart TV, streaming device, or by casting from your phone, tablet, or computer.

Yes, absolutely! This challenge is designed for all fitness levels. The workouts are short & attainable, allowing you to move at your own pace & build consistency without feeling overwhelmed.

I offer modifications & progressions throughout the workouts, so you can choose what works best for your body. You’re always welcome to use lighter weights, no weights at all, or slow things down as needed.

Do what you can, be patient with yourself,  & just keep moving.

No — Facebook is not required to participate in the challenge. All workouts are available on YouTube, & you can complete the challenge entirely on your own schedule.

That said, the private Facebook group is the best place to stay motivated, connect with others, join daily check-ins, & feel supported throughout the challenge. I highly recommend joining us there!

You’re also welcome to invite friends or family to join: the more, the merrier. 🤗
