What to expect from the Summer Glow Challenge
Over 2 weeks, we’ll follow a simple, balanced schedule designed to help you stay consistent, feel your best, & reconnect with your body this summer.
You’ll receive 4 guided workouts each week, all around 20–30 minutes, featuring strength, low-impact cardio, barre & Pilates-inspired sculpt, plus mobility.
Rest days are intentionally built in so you can recharge & move through the program without overwhelm.
*Optional bonus workouts will also be available exclusively for our YouTube Members if you’re looking for a little extra movement.

Meet Your Instructor
Hi, I’m Melinda!
I’m a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, & creator of emBODYment360, where I blend strength, dance-inspired movement, mobility, & low-impact cardio into workouts that are both effective & enjoyable.
With a background as a professional dancer, I’ve always believed movement should feel empowering, approachable, & something you actually look forward to.
The Summer Glow Challenge was created to bring a little extra energy, variety, & feel-good movement into your week in a sustainable way.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me adventuring with my husband, listening to old-school music, or chasing after our energetic pup Zoey. 🐶

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! The Summer Glow Challenge is completely free to join. You’ll receive 4 full-length workouts each week at no cost.
For anyone who enjoys a little extra variety or challenge, there is an optional 5th bonus workout each week available through our YouTube Membership — totally optional & not required to participate in the challenge.
Yes! All workouts are pre-recorded and available on YouTube, so you can move at a time that works best for you.
All of the challenge workouts are 20–30 minutes.
We recommend having a range of light to moderate weights (approximately 2–15 lbs / 0.9–7 kg) so you can adjust based on the workout & your fitness level.
An exercise mat is helpful for comfort during floor work.
Yes! You’re always welcome to swap workouts based on your time, energy, or preferences. Browse the workouts on my YouTube channel & choose what works best for you.
I recommend 2-3 rest days per week to allow your body the proper recovery time. Always listen to your body & adjust your rest days based on your needs.
Yes! Since all workouts are hosted on YouTube, you can easily watch them on your TV using a smart TV, streaming device, or by casting from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Yes, absolutely! This challenge is designed for all fitness levels. The workouts are short & attainable, allowing you to move at your own pace & build consistency without feeling overwhelmed.
I offer modifications & progressions throughout the workouts, so you can choose what works best for your body. You’re always welcome to use lighter weights, no weights at all, or slow things down as needed.
Do what you can, be patient with yourself, & just keep moving.
No — Facebook is not required to participate in the challenge. All workouts are available on YouTube, & you can complete the challenge entirely on your own schedule.
That said, the private Facebook group is the best place to stay motivated, connect with others, join daily check-ins, & feel supported throughout the challenge. I highly recommend joining us there!
You’re also welcome to invite friends or family to join: the more, the merrier. 🤗
Yes, many participants notice positive changes within 2 weeks, especially in how they feel. With consistent movement, you may feel more refreshed, confident, motivated, & connected to your body.
This challenge is designed to help you build momentum in a sustainable, approachable way. And for a little extra encouragement along the way, our private Facebook group is always there for support, motivation, & connection. 🧡
