Healthy Brownie Treats

If you know me & you know me well – you know I’ve got a major sweet tooth. And while I do indulge my sweet tooth quite often with full fat, full sugar treats; it’s nice to sneak in some healthier alternatives from time to time.

These are a fudgy brownie made with whole wheat flour, coconut oil, applesauce, & reduced sugar. The unsweetened applesauce helps to add in a bit of natural sweetness & the melted coconut oil creates a super fudgy texture. They have a rich, dark chocolatey flavor that’s just sweet enough to satisfy those sweet treat cravings. *Note because of the reduced sugar they will not taste like the full sugary version – just keepin’ it real friends! 😉

If you’re looking to reduce sugar from your lifestyle & still consume yummy treats along the way – these little brownies are for you!
