Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Melinda!

A certified personal trainer since 2009, group fitness instructor, & health coach living in Virginia. I founded emBODYment 360 as a way to fuse together two of my greatest joys – dance & fitness! I’m passionate about creating workouts that empower, strengthen, & rejuvenate women from around the world. Provided a fun, energized, & balanced approach to health & wellness.

Outside of emBODYment 360, you can catch me hitting the trails whether on bike or foot, enjoying the beautiful outdoors, or squeezing in hot yoga class with my amazing partner in crime (my husband! 😉 )

Hope to share my method with you, as we create lasting change from the inside out!

Absolutely! All workouts will be available on YouTube. Plus you’ll receive daily motivation & a free printable calendar to keep you on track & inspired!

All of the workouts are pre-recorded to complete on your own time & schedule. Giving you maximum flexibility!

Each workout will be 10-15 mins long, perfect for busy schedules; getting you moving & feeling fab! The only equipment you need is a thick mat or towel. *Optional light weights can be used for the “Barre Arms” workout. 

You will receive a welcome email upon signing up, & the first workout will be in your inbox around 1:00 AM EST the day after you sign-up.

We love that people from all over the world are signing up! We wish we could customize the time for you, but all “Get Moving” emails are sent out the same time each day around 1:00 AM EST.

Yes. All individuals who’d like to participate, will need to sign-up above.

Yes. If you have a smart TV or a streaming device (such as Amazon Fire Stick, Apple TV, Chromecast, etc.) you can stream through the YouTube app.

I’ve designed this challenge to be attainable for all fitness levels, from beginner to fitness enthusiast. I always offer modifications & progressions; choose what works best for your body. Do what you can, be patient with yourself, & just keep moving!

Congratulations, what a blessing! I always recommend checking with our medical professional first & modifying after 12-15 weeks. Otherwise, I recommend joining the emBODYment 360 membership for prenatal-friendly workouts.

It’s certainly not a necessity to be on Facebook or Instagram to participate. We just find it makes the challenge a lot more fun & engaging! Another great option is to invite your family & friends to move with you by signing up too!
