Easy Peasy Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Brussels sprouts
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (more to taste if needed)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut off brown ends of the Brussels sprouts & pull off any yellow outer leaves. Slice sprouts lengthwise.
  • Mix them in a bowl with olive oil, salt & pepper. Pour them on a sheet pan & roast for 20 to 25 minutes, until crisp on the outside & tender on the inside. Shake the pan from time to time to brown sprouts evenly.
  • Sprinkle with more kosher salt, if desired & you’re ready to go! Enjoy!
