Our empowering Comeback Challenge is a free 4-week movement experience created to help you return to a consistent routine in a way that feels strong, supportive, & sustainable.
Each week includes four free workouts, all around 20–30 minutes, blending total-body strength, barre or Pilates sculpt, low-impact cardio, & mobility training, with rest days built in so your body can recover & adapt.
If you’re looking for a little more variety or challenge, an optional bonus fifth workout is available each week through our YouTube Membership, offering a simple way to level up. (*completely optional.)

Hi, I’m Melinda! Founder of emBODYment 360.
I believe movement should help you feel strong, capable, & connected to your body, not overwhelming or exhausting. My workouts blend strength, barre and Pilates fusion, low-impact cardio, & mobility so you can build consistency in a way that feels supportive & sustainable.
This Comeback Challenge is especially meaningful to me as I’m returning to my own routine after hip surgery. Moving through recovery has deepened my appreciation for intentional progress, listening to our bodies, & honoring where we are.
Whether you’re getting back into movement, craving structure, or simply ready to feel better in your body again, I’m so glad to share this challenge with you.

Yes! The Comeback Challenge is completely free to join. You’ll receive 4 full-length workouts each week at no cost.
For anyone who enjoys a little extra variety or challenge, there is an optional 5th bonus workout each week available through our YouTube Membership — totally optional & not required to participate in the challenge.
Yes! All workouts are pre-recorded and available on YouTube, so you can move at a time that works best for you.
All of the free challenge workouts are 20–30 minutes.
Optional bonus workouts range from 30–45 minutes.
Most workouts use minimal equipment, with options for bodyweight or dumbbells (light to moderate) depending on the class. An exercise mat is recommended for comfort during floor exercises.
One workout includes an optional mini Pilates ball, but it’s never required & easy to modify without.
Yes! You’re always welcome to swap workouts based on your time, energy, or preferences. Browse the workouts on my YouTube channel & choose what works best for you.
I recommend 2-3 rest days per week to allow your body the proper recovery time. Always listen to your body & adjust your rest days based on your needs.
Yes! Since all workouts are hosted on YouTube, you can easily watch them on your TV using a smart TV, streaming device, or by casting from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Yes, absolutely! This challenge is designed for all fitness levels. The workouts are short & attainable, allowing you to move at your own pace & build consistency without feeling overwhelmed.
I offer modifications & progressions throughout the workouts, so you can choose what works best for your body. You’re always welcome to use lighter weights, no weights at all, or slow things down as needed.
Do what you can, be patient with yourself, & just keep moving.
No — Facebook is not required to participate in the Comeback Challenge. All workouts are available on YouTube, & you can complete the challenge entirely on your own schedule.
That said, the private Facebook group is the best place to stay motivated, connect with others, join daily check-ins, & feel supported throughout the challenge. I highly recommend joining us there!
You’re also welcome to invite friends or family to join: the more, the merrier. 🤗
Yes, many participants notice positive changes within 4 weeks, especially in how they feel. With consistent movement, you’ll feel stronger, more energized, more confident, & connected to your body.
This challenge is designed to help you build momentum & sustainable habits. Accountability plays a big role; staying connected through the private Facebook group can offer extra motivation, encouragement, & support along the way. 🤍
