Here are the amazingly wholesome ingredients needed; oats, bananas, eggs, raisins, and baking soda. It doesn’t get much easier than that my friends; you can whip these little treats up in just 30 minutes. Minimal ingredients, little prep/cook time is perfection in my book!
I did add a few sprinkled chocolate chips onto half the batch, cause let’s face it – they’re delicious! But, if you’re looking to cut out the refined sugar – just omit them, they’re super tasty with or without.
Also, feel free to try out any dried fruit in substitution for the raisins; cranberries, dates, cherries, apricots. I haven’t explored these options yet, but I think they could all be great alternatives!
